Terms of Service
Effective September 17, 2026
The Service is provided by MyBaberz LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("MyBaberz", "we", "us"). By using MyBaberz (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Accounts
You must be 13 or older and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Managed profiles you create for others are your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not upload unlawful content, harass others, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the Service, or use automated tools to extract data from it.
Your content
You own what you post. You grant us a licence to store, display and transmit it as needed to run the Service (for example, showing your list to the people you shared it with). You are responsible for having the right to share it.
Products, prices and retailers
MyBaberz shows product information from retailers and from users. Gifts are bought from the retailer, not from MyBaberz: we do not sell those products and do not process payment for them. Prices and availability are shown "as of" a time and may change; the retailer's price at purchase applies. Purchases are governed by the retailer's terms. Coinz
Coinz are optional in-app credits sold by MyBaberz LLC that unlock certain extras inside the Service. Coinz are a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use those extras; they are not money, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold, gifted or transferred. Coinz can also be earned by using the Service, and no purchase is ever required to use it. Current prices and what Coinz unlock are listed on the Coinz page, which forms part of these terms; we may change prices for future purchases at any time. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms; we do not store card numbers. Purchases are made in US dollars. You must be 18 or older to buy Coinz, or have a parent's or guardian's permission and use their payment method.
When you buy a Coinz bundle you may add an optional amount ("Coinz for a Cauze"), up to the price of that bundle, for which you receive additional Coinz at the rate shown before you pay. MyBaberz LLC gives the amount you added to the charity named on the Coinz page, from its own funds. That gift is made by MyBaberz, not by you; you are buying Coinz, not making a donation, and nothing about the purchase is tax-deductible for you. The charity is not affiliated with MyBaberz and does not endorse it.
Refunds
An unspent Coinz bundle (including any add-on) is refundable in full to the original payment method if you ask within 14 days of purchase; the Coinz are then removed from your wallet. A bundle counts as unspent while your wallet balance is at least the number of Coinz it gave you. Partly spent bundles are not refundable except where required by law or where the Service failed to deliver what the Coinz paid for. Earned Coinz are not refundable. If we discontinue Coinz, unspent purchased Coinz are refunded pro rata. Refund requests go to the contact address below.
If a payment is reversed by your bank or card issuer (a chargeback), the Coinz it paid for are removed from your wallet, and we may suspend purchasing on the account while the dispute is open.
Gift coordination
Reservation and purchase statuses are recorded by users and are informational. MyBaberz is not responsible for duplicate gifts, unfulfilled reservations, or disagreements between users.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the Service.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyBaberz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
